Update: they did reach out and make it right and send me a whole new bouquet and we’re very friendly and apologetic Very disappointed in what I ordered vs what was delivered. We’ve used this company several times but as this was an anniversary gift and it wasn’t what was expected I’m not sure if I’ll use them again

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day last minute. They were delivered less than 24 hours after ordering and were absolutely beautiful! My mom loves them.

Although the flowers we received were pretty, it was not what I ordered. I called and spoke with a lady and she said that she didn’t have what I ordered and did what she could with what she had. They could’ve called and offered a different style but paying $80+ (taxes/delivery fees etc) and not receiving what I ordered was disappointing.

Do not recommend this florist. My husband paid way too much for what I got for Valentines Day. Looks like they just threw it together and didn't care. His order wasn't ready when they told him it would be. The flowers are beautiful, but for over $100 they could've been arranged better. Very disappointing. The ones he got from Walmart for our 5 yr old look better in the $5 vase we had.

It’s the only time I’ve ever gotten fresh flowers and wanted to call and send them back. First time using this company The flowers are bruised and falling off. The customer service was great, that’s the two stars. I could have put together flowers at Kroger myself for a fresher look. Really I’m sad actually. I’m leaving this review immediately after I’ve seen them for the first time. Not $58.30 worth.
